Over 300 Form 1 Toledo Secondary students participated with four volunteer guest arts educators in visual art and music activities for one-week from July 13-16, 2010. Three sections of students involved in the visual art process created drawings and constructions using supplies donated by U.S. students and artists from the Anthony Wayne, Bowling Green and Toledo school districts. Anthony Wayne Schools and Bowling Green State University arts educator Shari Densel and Anthony Wayne Schools arts educator Wendy Murphy led the activities.

Two additional sections of students participated in music activities involving singing and playing recorders donated for the program. Bowling Green State University master's student and educator, Heather Bergseth, led the activities.
Toledo Secondary School final assembly
Students and faculty gathered at the conclusion of the activities to sing the Tanzanian national anthem for the guest arts educators.
